This robust fence kit is designed to facilitate precise alignment of products for efficient and seamless laser engraving. Specifically tailored for galvo lasers with threaded bases, the “L” fence incorporates two indented tabs that ensure accurate alignment of jigs. These tabs securely hold jigs in place, enabling swift and accurate switching between jigs and products. The kit includes five 6mm x 12mm bolts for attaching the fence components.
This item is custom-made here in Minnesota and used daily in our shop.

Notes:
Since these items are made of 3D-printed plastic, direct contact with the laser beam or prolonged exposure to high heat will damage them.
Our jigs are designed to fit snugly into the fence. Initially, removing them might be challenging, but with practice, it becomes easier. To make the process easier, I usually work new jigs up and down in the fence.
This was designed for a Galvo Laser threaded bed with a standard 25mm pattern.
