Metal Business Card Laser Engraving Jig and SVG File

This Business Card Jig can hold up to six business cards for quick, precise, and professional laser engravings. It’s designed for metal or anodized business cards that are 86mm x 54mm in size. These jigs were designed for Galvo Lasers in mind, but work on diode, CO2, and other laser engraving machines.

It’s specifically made to work with our fence kit, where the tabs slide into the fence to hold the jig in place. Alternatively, it can be used on its own or with other fences. The jig is made from durable 3D-printed materials.

This item is custom-made here in Minnesota and used in our shop daily.

Notes:

Since these items are made of 3D-printed plastic, direct contact with the laser beam or prolonged exposure to high heat will damage them.

Our jigs are designed to fit snugly into the fence. Initially, removing them might be challenging, but with practice, it becomes easier. To make the process easier, I usually work new jigs up and down in the fence.
